Digital downloads
Digital PDFs are delivered instantly after checkout — you'll see your download links on the confirmation screen and receive them by email too. No shipping required.
Returns & refunds
Physical items
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn, unused condition. To start a return, contact us and we'll provide instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
Digital downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, digital downloads are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your download — a corrupt file or a missing link — reach out and we'll sort it right away.
